Challenge: Steering clients away from fear-based messaging to bold, memorable, positive messaging. 

Greatest Reward: Cultivating a 2+ year client relationship through the pandemic, learning about their needs and educating them through new territory (they had never done video before) to help steer them to a successful internal campaign.
