Target Caring for Frontline Workers
To highlight the heart and humanity behind Target’s employee wellness efforts for their annual Fall National Meeting, we wanted to hero hardworking employees whose lives were positively impacted by Target’s initiatives.
After pitching the idea for a cinema verité-style video, the director and I conducted pre-interviews with various candidates, sharing our top choice and ultimately filming the clients’ three favorite stories.
Captured over the course of six days across three US cities with a crew of four, after spending 2 days with each subject to leave for the next story was like saying goodbye to family. One of the most demanding and also fulfilling projects of my career, I feel so lucky to have met these incredible individuals and have a creative hand in telling their tales from start to finish.
